Front End Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for building and tuning all aspects of end-user experience and client-side behavior.
Specifically, you will:
- Design and build the next version of our social application platform
- Implement A/B testing and optimization framework
- Research and make technical recommendations about emerging social platforms
Requirements:
- Experience with building and tuning social applications
- Expert in Javascript, including OOP, cross-domain techniques and frameworks
- Mastery of cross-browser HTML/CSS
- Willingness to learn new tools and platforms quickly and frequently
- Experience with ActionScript or Flex a plus
- Experience with Ruby, PHP or MySQL a plus

Marketing Communications Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of marketing communications, including analyst and market research management, branding, collateral materials, events and seminars, public relations, white papers, and website design and content (either directly or via outsourcing)
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, analysts, and internal teams to advocate for organization’s mission
- Preach organization’s solutions by leveraging technology (blogs, social media, PR)
- Secure representation opportunities for the organization on ad industry panels
- Oversee online marketing and lead acquisition including placement, conversion funnels, and web analytics
- Develop influential external messaging via email, sales support, and lead cultivation, as well as trade shows and events
Requirements:
- Experience working for ad industry trade press, conferences, or in a marketing position at an ad agency
- Thorough knowledge of ad agencies as well as brand marketers
- Proven success developing and championing an organization’s message, and getting that message noticed by the press

VP of Marketing
Job Summary and Responsibilities
• Take AdNectar solutions to market by effectively positioning and communicating products’ ability to address clients’ strategic marketing objectives.
• Identify solutions for clients that align with AdNectar’s values, business goals, and objectives.
• Facilitate the flow of feedback from customers, the sales team and industry landscape changes to the product development team to shape product features and improvements.
• Drive all marketing communications, including branding, public relations, blogs, white papers, trade shows, seminars and events, collateral materials, social media management, and website design and content.
• Be responsible for lead acquisition and tracking including placement, conversion, analysis, and optimization.
• Work with CEO to be a spokesperson for the company to press, analysts and at industry events.
• Lead development of tools and collateral materials that can be applied to standard RFP responses.
• Train sales team on how to utilize strategic sales tools created.
• Research and analyze potential partnerships, competitors, programs, and initiatives.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Thorough understanding of the online display advertising landscape, i.e. media planning and buying, ad serving. (5-10 years online advertising experience.)
• Proven success developing and championing an organization’s message, and getting that message noticed in the marketplace.
• Substantial experience working with and selling marketing solutions to brands and agencies.
• Extremely effective writing and public speaking skills and presence.
• Effective at decision making through data-driven analysis.
• Experience composing white papers, sales collateral, web content, and blog posts.
• Extensive contacts in ad industry trade press and conferences.
• Ability to work effectively with a national sales team to lead the delivery of proactive selling tools while managing day-to-day sales requests.
• Exceptional organizational skills and process discipline. Must be able to assess work load, manage resources, and make recommendations to improve processes.

Account Sales Executive
AdNectar is looking to add a motivated individual with a track record of success to join its team. Based in New York, our Account Sales Executive will work closely with top online advertisers and their respective agencies to develop strategic digital solutions that address clients’ marketing objectives.
More specifically, responsibilities include:
- Develop a strong understanding of AdNectar’s technology, offering, and publisher partners
- Proactively identify prospective clients within target verticals (CPG and media/entertainment) and initiate contact to develop relationships
- Thoroughly manage client relationships/decision makers at all levels to win new/repeat business
- Develop strategic digital solutions to address clients’ marketing objectives
- Complete RFPs and inbound proposal opportunities in Excel and PowerPoint format
- Meet/exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Delight our clients with first class customer service and product support
- Utilize Salesforce regularly to accurately/effectively record sales activity and pipeline
- Stay abreast of competitive landscape/other digital media opportunities
- Translate client feedback/requests into product recommendations for AdNectar’s product team
- Some travel required

- Proven track record of prospecting and managing sales of new online media to brands and agencies

Sales Planner
AdNectar is looking to add a motivated individual with a track record of success to join its team. Based in New York, our Account Sales Executive will work closely with top online advertisers and their respective agencies to develop strategic digital solutions that address clients’ marketing objectives.
More specifically, responsibilities include:
- Develop a strong understanding of AdNectar’s technology, offering, and publisher partners
- Assist Account Sales Executives in developing presentations and digital solutions to meet clients’ marketing objectives
- Complete RFPs and inbound proposal opportunities in Excel and PowerPoint format
- Assist Account Sales Executives with thorough follow up on proposals, to include communicating with clients to answer questions and adjust offering based on feedback
- Foster existing client relationships to win repeat business
- Manage pre-campaign logistics, to include accuracy of insertion orders and exchange of payment forms
- Work with Ad Operations Team to obtain creative assets for campaign buildout and manage client feedback process
- Work with Ad Operations Team to forecast inventory on publisher partners
- Delight our clients with first class customer service and product support
- Report directly to VP of Brand Solutions
Requirements:
- 2 years experience directly servicing digital media clients and respective agencies
- Strong experience preparing proposals and managing accounts
- Passion for cutting edge digital media with a strong understanding of social media; heavy user of social media preferred

Platform Developer
In this role, you will help architect and implement the next generation of the AdNectar platform. You’ll build end-to-end functionality, from scalable backend services to developer-friendly platform APIs and end-user interfaces.
Requirements:
• A winning track record designing, implementing and managing distributed web applications
• Ability and willingness to pick up new technologies quickly and frequently
• Experience designing and developing lots of high quality object oriented code at a fast pace
• Experience with MVC frameworks, ORM frameworks and SQL
